November’s monthly meditation workshop will focus on the 4th limb of yoga, Pranayama. Pranayama is the practice of using the breath, by controlling it, focusing on it, meditating with it and manipulating it to calm the mind and nervous system. We will use various meditation techniques throughout this practice to allow for some calm as we head into the holiday season. As always, please feel free to bring your bolster and blocks if you have some and a warm hoodie and socks. We have a few bolsters and blocks to borrow as well.
