Located in the heart of Grove City, PA since 2013, our studio strives to open our students hearts, minds and bodies using compassion and a sense of community.

Owner Marcy Covert, opened the studio to provide a gathering place for other like-minded individuals looking to promote strength, wellness, encouragement and compassion.  Following in the footsteps of some amazing yogis, she has seen the ripple effect a strong and mindful yoga community can bring.

Our door is wide open!!  Whether you are a yogi, runner, cyclist, or someone looking to dip their toes into wellness, we offer many types of classes to fit your needs.
