The Beast is back! We had to cancel our annual sweatfest last year due to Covid, but its back this year and available in studio and online! Assuming everything stays open and it is still safe to practice inside once Thanksgiving comes (if not we'll refund your payment) we will be offering our 90 minute super feisty heated vinyasa flow the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving....The Beast Before the Feast. We will be limiting in person participation this year to allow for a bit more space, but also offering the opportunity to join us on Zoom. Cost is $30 and half of all the proceeds will go to the Grove City Area United Way. Payment is nonrefundable. Please be sure to choose the correct payment option when registering, as the in studio spaces are limited.
