This 2 hour experience is designed to quiet the mind and allow for some clarity and introspection as we head into a new month. This workshop will include a Yin practice, pranayama (breathing techniques) and Nidra (guided meditation). Just a heads up for those highly sensitive to scents, we will be using essential oils throughout the evening. The night will center around personal intention, hopefully allowing you to focus and set a personal sankalpa (intention) to move you into the month ahead.
