Join us as we welcome Dr. Sarah Conklin (again) to share with us her knowledge on the brain/yoga connection. In addition to being a dedicated yoga practitioner herself, Dr. Conklin is a neuroscientist and Research Professor at the University of Maryland. Her talks are informative and thought provoking and will leave you with tidbits you’ll roll around in your mind the rest of your life. This year she will talk about yoga, meditation, and breathwork as foundational elements of an evidence-based mind-body practice to change your brain. Trust me, every time she comes we learn something new (actually many, many somethings).
