In this workshop Amy Kalasky will guide you deeper into your stretching routine to decrease muscle stiffness and increase your range of motion, decrease back pain, prevent injury and improve your posture. Your quality of life can be improved by reducing muscular tension and enhancing muscular relaxation. We will be going through a series of stretches to help your joints move more freely through their full range of motion. It will be oh so relaxing at the same time !
